He helps connect groups within enterprises, both large and small to improve the quality of their customer experience through powerful end to end digital transformation solutions.
Michael has been in the Customer Communications Management Industry (CCM) since 2001, spanning across several different roles: consultancy, business & production architecture, delivery execution, professional services and product strategy. He has worked across industries with banks, insurers, telecommunications, utility providers and wealth management firms.
