Web standard

Symcor.ca follows Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) to AA level. All pages use valid, structured, semantic HTML5. Visual styling is provided by Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), and enhanced user interaction is provided by JavaScript.
Symcor.ca strives to be fully accessible for users without CSS or JavaScript. Where images are used to show relevant textual content, a text-based alternative is provided.

Keyboard navigation

Symcor.ca supports standard tab-based keyboard navigation.

Font sizes

Newer browsers support page zooming to allow users to increase the size of essential page content.

Text & background colours

As Symcor.ca follows AODA AA web standards, the required contrast ratio between text and background has been adhered to.
